Crestron lighting is typically wired, with dimmers and relays mounted on DIN rail in a central cupboard or rack and elegant keypads in each room. That makes it reliable, easy to service and ideal for large homes and new builds. Because it runs on the same platform as Crestron audio, video, blinds, climate and security, the lighting becomes part of one seamless system.

How 1Install installs and programs Crestron
- Consultation. We start with how you live: which rooms matter most, what moods you want, and what you want to happen when you arrive home or go to bed. See our consultation.
- Survey and lighting design. We survey the property and produce the lighting control design, with circuit schedules, keypad locations, full drawings and cable schedules for your electrician. See survey and design.
- Keypads designed by you. In your interactive proposal you, your interior designer or lighting designer choose keypad styles, finishes, button names, backlight colours and locations, with live costs as you go.
- Installation. Our own engineers install and test the Crestron equipment and keypads, working alongside your electrician and visiting site through the build. See installation.
- Programming. We are an accredited Crestron dealer and program every system in house, from Crestron Home setups to fully custom programming, so your scenes, keypads, timers and sensors behave exactly as designed.
- Handover and aftercare. We walk you through every scene and keypad, and because you helped design it, the house already makes sense. 1Install Care keeps it running for years after.
