Rako makes lighting control that is flexible, reliable and good value. Its wireless range is ideal for renovations and finished homes, while wired systems suit new builds, and both can be mixed in the same house.

Questions we are often asked
Is Rako wireless reliable?
Yes. Rako wireless is designed for homes and is very reliable when the system is planned properly, which is part of our design work.
Can Rako replace my old lighting control system?
Often, yes. Rako is one of the systems we use to replace JCL FlexiDim and other older systems while keeping the existing wiring.
Rako or Lutron?
Both are excellent. Lutron has the widest range of keypads and shades; Rako is very flexible and good value. We install both and recommend what suits the house.
How a project runs
We visit, agree what you want and send a clear online proposal with drawings before anything is installed. You can design your own keypads in the proposal, and everything is documented in your client portal. After handover the system is looked after through 1Install Care, with most support done remotely.
