Questions we are often asked
Can Lutron be added to an existing house?
Yes. RadioRA 3 is wireless, so keypads and dimmers can be added without chasing walls.
Lutron or Rako?
Both are excellent. Lutron offers the widest range of keypads and shades; Rako is very flexible for retrofits and good value. We install both.
Do you programme and support Lutron systems installed by others?
Yes. We can take over, reprogramme and support existing Lutron systems.
How a project runs
We visit, agree what you want and send a clear online proposal with drawings before anything is installed. You can design your own keypads in the proposal, and everything is documented in your client portal. After handover the system is looked after through 1Install Care, with most support done remotely.
