We walk through the property, or the drawings if it is not built yet, and talk about each space: how it is used, at what times of day, by whom, and what should happen when you walk in, leave or go to bed.

Consultation, explained
Where does the consultation take place?
On site where possible, or at your architect or designer's office. For early stage projects we can start from the drawings.
Should our architect or designer attend?
It helps a great deal. Decisions about technology affect ceilings, joinery, lighting and finishes, so it is worth having everyone in the same conversation.
Do we need to know which brands we want?
No. We recommend the right systems for the property and explain the options. Many clients choose Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Rako or Savant, and we are accredited with all of them.
Can the system be added to later?
Yes, and we plan for it. The consultation is where we make sure the infrastructure for future phases goes in now.
