Commercial AV maintenance and support from 1Install keeps London meeting rooms, boardrooms, receptions and hotel suites running on Crestron, Q-SYS, Neat, Microsoft Teams Rooms and the other platforms a modern office depends on. We look after rooms we built and rooms we inherit, starting remotely and sending an engineer when a room needs one.
Meeting room not working?
Start a secure remote support session and one of our engineers can reach the room, diagnose the fault and often clear it before your next call. Call us first on 01344 937999 so we know you are waiting.
Platforms we cover with AV maintenance and support
An office AV estate changes every month: new firmware, new Teams and Zoom releases, new laptops plugging in. Planned support keeps every room on known, tested versions, so the boardroom behaves the same as the huddle room down the corridor.
| Platform | What we look after |
|---|---|
| Crestron | Flex rooms, touch panels, control processors and DM NVX |
| Q-SYS | Cores, NC Series cameras, audio and design file changes |
| Neat | Neat Bar, Board and Pad in Teams and Zoom rooms |
| Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms | Room accounts, updates and peripherals. See Teams Rooms in London |
| Audio | Shure, Biamp and Sennheiser microphones and processors |
| Cameras and video bars | Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink and Jabra. See video conferencing |
| Displays and LED | Samsung, LG and Avocor screens, interactive displays and Hisense approved LED video walls |
Ways to buy support
- Break fix: an engineer attends within an agreed response level when a room fails. Our guide to commercial AV break fix in London sets out what to expect.
- Planned visits: rooms checked, updated and test called on a schedule that suits your building.
- Tickets and records: every fault logged in the Client Portal against the site, room, brand and fault type, with the fix written up.
- Reporting: the measures in our AV support KPIs guide, by site and by brand.
Every visit is checked against the room's expected performance. The AVIXA performance verification standard provides a framework for which parts of an AV system to verify, when, and against what criteria, and we use the same discipline when signing a room off after a repair.

Questions we are often asked
Will you support rooms another integrator installed?
Yes. Once we have audited the rooms, we can take over estates built by another company, whatever the mix of Crestron, Q-SYS, Neat and Teams or Zoom Rooms.
How is AV maintenance and support different from break fix?
Break fix is a callout when a room is already down. A support agreement also books regular checks, keeps firmware current and reports on every site, so staff meet fewer faults in the first place.
Do you cover offices outside London?
Yes. We cover the Home Counties from our head office near Bracknell, with a response level agreed per site.
Can you work around building access rules?
Yes. Visits are pre booked with building management where a landlord needs contractors registered in advance.
How do we raise a fault?
Through the customer support portal or the Client Portal. A ticket is created straight away.
