Crestron lighting control, background music, Wi-Fi and CCTV for the Yuzefi flagship store in Marylebone, London.
The brief
Yuzefi is a London handbag and accessories brand, and its Marylebone flagship was designed to show the collection like a gallery: walnut shelving, a glazed tiled display wall and a large shop window onto the street. The technology needed to make that design shine, stay out of sight, and be simple for the store team to run every day.
What we installed
- Crestron lighting control. Every lighting circuit, from the LED strips built into the walnut shelves and the tiled display wall to the ceiling track spotlights and the shop window, runs through a Crestron Green Light panel. The team sets the whole shop with one touch, and lighting can follow trading hours and keep the window lit after closing.
- Background music. Discreet speakers across the shop floor, hung from the exposed ceiling alongside the track lighting, give even, clear sound at a volume that suits the space.
- Wi-Fi and network. Reliable Wi-Fi and a secure network across the store, so tills, payments and staff devices stay connected.
- CCTV. High definition cameras covering the shop floor and entrance, with secure remote viewing.
The result
A calm, beautifully lit store where the products are the star and the technology simply works. Shelf lighting brings out the colour and texture of every bag, the window draws people in from the street day and night, and the team runs lighting and music without thinking about it.
