The brief
The equipment lived in a linen cupboard, with cables in a tangle, nothing labelled and faults every week. The family had lost confidence in the system and the previous installer had moved on.
What we did
- A full survey of the existing Control4 system, cabling and network.
- Every cable identified, re-terminated and labelled.
- A new equipment rack with proper cable management, power and ventilation.
- A new network at the heart of the system, then Control4 tested room by room.
The result
A system that simply works again, in a rack that any engineer can understand at a glance. See more about our rescue projects.
