We offer a range of service options, so whether you need a one-off repair or full ongoing support, there’s a package that suits you.
One-Off Support (Non-Subscribers)
If you're not part of a Concierge Maintenance Plan, we still offer support on an ad-hoc basis. However, priority is always given to our members.
Standard Support Rates:
- Remote Support: £160 per hour
- In-Home Support: £160 per hour + £75 call-out fee
- Annual System Tune-Up: £660 (in-home) / £330 (remote)
Support is provided Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm, and response times are based on availability.

Clients on Premium & Prime packages benefit from priority support and proactive system monitoring, ensuring issues are detected and resolved before they cause disruption.
What’s Included in the Setup Fee?
Before we take over the maintenance of your system, we carry out a full system audit to ensure we understand exactly how your setup works. This includes:
✔ Account Takeover – Gaining access to your Control4 or Crestron system for remote support.
✔ Software Updates – Upgrading your system to the latest stable version.
✔ Remote Monitoring Setup – Installing tools that allow us to diagnose and fix issues remotely.
✔ Network Review & Optimisation – Ensuring your system runs on a stable, secure network.
✔ System Documentation – Mapping out your system for efficient long-term support.
Standard setup fee: £600
Discounted to £400 for Concierge subscribers.
For systems with limited documentation or poorly installed infrastructure, additional charges may apply if extensive work is required to bring them up to standard.
